A masculine, fascinatingly spicy scent where you'll find sandalwood, leather and cardamom.

The developer of the fragrance, the Frenchman Albert Fouquet, traveled in 1935 to meet his childhood friend Ahmed in Egypt. In addition to seeing his friend, he was looking forward to getting to know the Egyptian culture, and above all to explore the millennia-old scents.

Arriving at Ahmed's villa, he encountered a spectacular garden with dozens of flowers that were unfamiliar to him.

Over the next few months, Albert returned to Ahmed's villa to work on a new fragrance recipe. He created a fragrance called Egypt, which was part of Albert Fouquet's personal fragrance collection at the time.
