Return policy for international orders

INTERNATIONAL TERMS OF DELIVERY

We ship worldwide! Orders are dispatched from our store in Tampere, Finland. For international deliveries, we use PostNord and UPS courier services. Shipping costs are calculated individually at checkout.

Please note for orders shipped outside the EU:

All international orders (including to the UK) are shipped with DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means that the receiver is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and any customs-related fees upon delivery.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and will be collected separately by your local customs authorities or shipping provider (e.g., UPS).

If the shipment is refused or not collected due to unpaid charges, it may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier, and we cannot issue a refund in such cases.

RETURNS

Sometimes, what seemed perfect for you just isn’t. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Please kindly note that international return costs are the customer’s responsibility. It is acceptable to use any shipping service for your return.

1. Register your return by logging into the online store using the email address you used for your order. You can log in via the button in the top right corner of the front page.  

2. Select the order containing the items you wish to return and choose the products to be returned.

3. Feel free to choose the delivery company that best suits you. Please make sure that we are informed about the delivery's status at every stage.

Please save a receipt (with tracking number) from the return, customer is responsible for the product until it reaches our store.

Amount of the purchased product(s) will be credited to the customer within 14 days after we’ve received the return and inspected the goods. Original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Please note that the returned goods must be unused, in perfect condition and the original hangtags still attached. Please kindly note that the product packaging (e.g., shoebox, sunglass case) must also be included and remain unused.

We do not accept returns of used products.

Following product categories are not returnable due to hygiene reasons:
Underwear, swimwear, socks, hair accessories, face masks, scents, delicacies.

Unclaimed parcels which are returned to us can be re-shipped for a new shipping fee. If the customer will not settle a new shipping fee in 7 days, the order will be cancelled and a 15€ handling fee will be deducted from the reimbursement to cover our shipping expenses.

CUSTOMS

Please note that any possible costs regarding customs are at customers expense (DAP).
