Delivery and return conditions
For orders placed in December, we offer a longer return period until January 6, 2024!
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Please note that these terms only apply to e-commerce orders. The store's return conditions can be found at the bottom of this page.
We have fast deliveries!
The order delivery time is generally 1-3 business days. We process orders quickly and use Posti's SmartPost service and DB Schenker's pick-up point service for deliveries. At the checkout, you can choose the pick-up point you want for delivery. Posti Kotipaketti service is also available, with which you can get delivery conveniently to your door.
We offer free delivery costs for orders over €100 in Finland!
The delivery costs for orders under €100 are:
- DB Schenker €3.90
- Postage €3.90
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES DOMESTIC
We offer one (1) free return and exchange to our customers per order. We charge €3.90 for the following exchanges and returns.
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return in accordance with Finnish law. The product to be returned must be unused and equipped with the original product tags. We do not accept returns that have been left for transport or delivered in other ways to our store more than two weeks after receiving the order.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, the following product groups do not have the right to return if the product has been fitted or the seal or sales packaging of the product has been opened:
- Underwear, swimwear, socks, hair accessories, fabric masks, fragrances
REFUNDS
Postal
We recommend using the OmaPosti application when making the return.
Proceed as follows: Open the application > Open your shipment > Select Return shipment > the site guides you forward with the return. Returning can also be done via the link www.posti.fi/palautapaketti
Alternatively, you can also return the package at a Post office with the contract code 645797. In this case, write the contract number and our contact information on the top of the package. Our contact information is

The return is the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our store, please keep the receipt you received from the return!
The return is free of charge to the customer for domestic shipments when Posti's customer return service is used.
DB Schenker
You can return your order to the nearest DB Schenker pick-up point with the same shipping code/barcode with which the package was picked up.
The package card that was in the original package should be kept intact, because it speeds up the return.
• We do not reimburse the costs caused by possible other return methods
• If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the basic part of the postal fee (€3.90). We do not refund the costs of additional services, such as Posti's home package.
You can also return the order to our store in Tampere.
The return must be left for delivery by the post office within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please note that the product must be unused and in fully salable condition for us to accept the return. Pack the product carefully, and remember to take care that the product's possible original packaging (e.g. sunglasses cases, shoe boxes, etc.) must be in perfect condition. We charge a €10 handling fee for incorrect returns or damaged original packaging.
We do not reimburse the price of used products.
Rejected returns (e.g. used product, return after 14 days) will be returned to the customer for a €4.90 postage fee. You can pay for postage in our online store via the link - https://inchstore.com/products/postikulut
UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENT
Failure to collect a shipment is not the same as a return.
Unclaimed shipments returned to our company will be sent to the customer against a new postage fee of €3.90.
If the customer does not make a new postal payment within 7 days of the notification, we will refund the amount of the order minus a €15 handling fee. With the handling fee, we cover the postage and handling costs incurred by us.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the delivery information they provide.
EXCESS
1) We charge a processing fee of ten euros (€10) for repeated unjustified order cancellations. The processing fee is deducted from the refundable payment refund.
2) We charge a handling fee of twenty euros (€20) for Klarna dispute abuses.
Example: The customer does not pick up the order, and does not notify our customer service, but files a dispute with Klarna about the charge for his order.
We reserve the right to restrict or prevent the customer from doing business in our online store due to repeated abuses.

STORE
Products bought in our store have a 14-day right to exchange for another product or gift card. The gift card is valid for one year from the moment of return.
ADVERTISEMENTS
As a retailer, we are responsible for handling and replacing product defects. In cases of complaints, we always try to repair the defective product as the first measure. However, if the repair is not successful, we will replace the product with another similar one or issue a refund.
In the case of products purchased from an online store, repair may mean that we refer the customer to a third party to repair the product and reimburse the costs incurred. For complaints about the online store, please contact us via e-mail webshop@inchstore.fi.
