Marimekko Marey Konkelo sweater

Brown / off-white

The Marey sweater is made of an alpaca-wool blend and has a Konkelo pattern. The sweater has double ribbing at the neckline and wide ribbing at the cuffs and hem. Long sleeves are dropped from the shoulders. The straight-line blouse has a relaxed fit.

• 44% alpaca, 31% polyamide, 15% wool, 10% viscose

The Konkelo pattern realized by Antti Kek using the collage technique consists of strong shapes and interesting intermediate spaces. In a conkelo created in nature, a large tree trunk leans against another trunk, forming a vault-like space in the forest.
