Marimekko Oiva / humming plates 20cm

This set includes three Marimekko Hyräily-patterned Oiva plates. The plates are made of white ceramic that is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe. The set is packed in a gift box .

Maija Louekari's abstract Hyräily was created by hand painting with a thick brush. The striped pattern created with a relaxed grip adapts to the rhythm of humming. According to the designer, painting by hand emphasizes the carefree beauty of everyday life - you don't always have to be so straightforwardly precise.
