In the INCH" POINTS program, you can collect points from your purchases and redeem INCH" coupons with the accumulated points, which you can use as a means of payment for your purchases in INCH" stores and in the online store inchstore.com.

 ✔ With INCH" POINTS you can redeem a €10 / €25 / €50 INCH" coupon, which can be used as a means of payment for all INCH" store products (excluding gift cards)
✔ Points are automatically added to the customer account two weeks after purchase

Join the INCH" POINTS loyalty program

You can manage your INCH" POINTS account by logging in or registering for our online store customer account with the same email address that you have used in your customer information or to which you have been sent a receipt for purchases made in our brick-and-mortar stores.

✔ You will automatically receive 50 INCH" POINTS when you log in to your customer account for the first time
✔ In your customer account, you can view your purchase history and INCH" POINTS points. At the same time, you can see the validity period of your points and how many points you have to reach the next reward level.

INCH" POINTS validity period and redemption

INCH" POINTS are valid for four months from the date of issue.
✔ You can extend the validity of your points by making a new purchase, which will make your entire points accumulation valid for another four months
✔ You can redeem your accumulated points for a reward at any time on the INCH" rewards page
✔ The INCH" reward coupon is available to you immediately and is valid for two months
 ✔ Points are personal and cannot be transferred to another customer account
 ✔ Newsletter subscribers will receive a reminder in their email when their points or redeemed INCH" reward coupon are about to expire. So remember to subscribe to our newsletter!

INCH POINTS" loyalty program terms and conditions

By participating in the INCH” POINTS loyalty program, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. One account per customer. Points cannot be transferred between accounts or combined across multiple accounts.
  2. One customer per account . Multiple customers cannot collect points on the same loyalty account.
  3. Points and benefits are personal and cannot be transferred to another customer.
  4. Accumulated points will be voided for returned purchases.
  5. Points are credited to the customer account two weeks after the purchase (from the time the order is picked up in the online store).
  6. Points and redeemed benefits may expire without notice. Validity periods are stated on the program pages. Please note that you must accept the receipt of loyalty mail in order to receive information in your email about the accumulation of points, their validity period, approaching expiration, as well as the validity and expiration of the redeemed reward.
  7. INCH” reserves the right to revoke points or benefits if abuse is detected, such as fake profiles, incorrect information, collecting points without a genuine purchase, using points for a returned order, or other fraudulent activity.
  8. The loyalty program does not apply to INCH partners or customers using a possible discount agreement.
  9. INCH” reserves the right to change or terminate the loyalty program in part or in whole, including point values, redemption limits, validity periods and benefit contents.
  10. INCH” is not responsible for technical failures or delays or errors caused by third parties.
