Marimekko Oiva / Piirto poppy dinnerware set

White/gold

The set includes two 2 dl Oiva coffee cups and two small 10 x 10 cm Oiva plates. The products are made of white ceramic and feature Piirto Unikko patterns printed with gold metallic pigment. Due to the gilding, we recommend hand washing the products.

Symbolizing creativity and courage, Unikko was born at a time when flowers were not a part of Marimekko's design world. However, Maija Isola was interested in the floral motif and decided to design a whole series of new, strong floral patterns.
