The earless Oiva mug is made of ceramic with a mint green glaze and a Pistilla pattern decal. The mug has a hand-painted black rim. It is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe.

The mug is designed by Petra Börner and has the artist's stamp on the bottom.

Petra Börner's art is marked by themes related to nature. Her work combines intuitive technical experiments with bold use of line. Created in ink on paper, the cheerful Pistilla is part of Petra's ever-expanding POWERFLOWER series. The abstract petal pattern draws its inspiration from the passion and movement inherent in nature. The title of the work refers to the most important part of the plant, the pistil, which symbolizes femininity, growth and hope for the future.
