The Knitted Shoulderbag features a jacquard-knitted Unikko pattern. The structured bag has a striped surface. The bag has a wide shoulder strap, a zipper closure, and an embroidered Marimekko logo on the front.

Unikko (poppy), symbolizing creativity and courage, was born at a time when Marimekko's pattern world did not really include flowers. However, Maija Isola was interested in floral motifs, and she decided to design a whole series of new, strong floral patterns.
