The cut-out knit dress is made from a merino wool-viscose blend and has a slim fit, a straight-cut top and a flared hem. The dress features a jacquard-woven Unikko pattern, a ribbed round neckline and long, slightly trumpet-shaped sleeves.

Symbolizing creativity and courage, Unikko was born at a time when flowers were not a part of Marimekko's design world. However, Maija Isola was interested in the floral motif and decided to design a whole series of new, strong floral patterns.
