The Mono City XL Tote features the Piccolo print, which was printed in Helsinki. The large bag has two carrying handles of different lengths and an open outer pocket with Marimekko's 'M' printed on it.

Already in her first year at Marimekko in 1953, Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi created Piccolo, a striped fabric painted with free brushstrokes. Three years later, a shirt made from the fabric, called Jokapoika, appeared in stores and on the streets – seemingly permanently.
