The Baby Gratha shoulder bag is made of padded leather with a Unikko quilted pattern. The soft nappa leather patinas beautifully with use. The shoulder strap made of recycled polyamide is removable and adjustable, and features a jacquard-woven Unikko pattern. The bag closes with a zipper with a single Unikko flower-shaped puller. The inside is lined and has a small zipper pocket.

Symbolizing creativity and courage, Unikko was born at a time when flowers were not a part of Marimekko's design world. However, Maija Isola was interested in the floral motif and decided to design a whole series of new, strong floral patterns.
