The Red Wing 8060 Pecos is a classic western-inspired pull-on work boot, made in the brand's traditional manner in Red Wing, Minnesota, USA. Originally designed for cowboys, the model quickly found its way to oil fields, farms, and construction sites – places where durability and reliability are required.

The streamlined design and robust construction characteristic of the Pecos model make the boot timeless. The Hawthorne Muleskinner leather (rough-out) gives the shoe a lively, slightly patinated look that only improves with wear.

History of the Pecos Model
Red Wing began manufacturing cowboy and farm boots in Texas in the late 1930s. In 1959, the design was finalized into its current form and named Pecos after the Texan town – a boot made to withstand hard wear and time.
